Principal Services |
Specialised Project Support (SPS) provides a range of services to the construction, mining and oil and gas industries. Services include: contract management; contract administration; variation claims management; dispute resolution (including adjudication, arbitration and litigation support); lawyer management; project controls; construction programming and scheduling; contract document preparation and review; tender reviews; estimating and quantity surveying. SPS is also able to develop, implement, service, maintain and provide training in: industrial relations; safety management; quality assurance and quality control and environmental management. SPS is able to provide auditing, training and consulting services for the above areas. SPS provides remote contract management services (RCMS) to assist companies encountering difficulty in finding and retaining site staff or with projects that have complex or demanding paperwork requirements. This unique service has a range of benefits including: reducing on-site costs; minimising downtime during R&R; protecting against late submission of important documents; enabling best practice in contract management. SPS is able to provide project managers, contract managers, contract administrators, planners and engineering staff for contract roles, both on-site and office-based, and has a proven track record in sourcing contract staff when their clients have encountered difficulty. |
Company Record |
SPS was established in 2004 to meet the increased demand for support services in the construction, mining and oil and gas industries, including the provision of professional staff. Since then, SPS has earned a reputation for quality, reliability and innovation. The team's broad expertise and past individual successes allows SPS to offer a unique suite of services focusing on areas that other companies treat as incidental to their main areas of business and yet can make or break a company. Today, SPS provides services across Australia as well as internationally, and has a client base that includes principals, contractors and consultants, ranging in size from small subcontractors to large multinationals. |
